An American military convoy entered the territory of the Syrian city of Qamishli.

The Kurds provided American troops with unimpeded access to the territory of the Syrian city of Kamyshly, where a military airfield is located, with military equipment of the Russian Aerospace Forces stationed on it. This is evidenced by the relevant footage, where you can see how a military convoy, consisting of American armored vehicles, entered the city.

As it became known, the Kurds, who actually control this region, provided the US military with unhindered access to the city, although earlier American military columns and convoys were blocked just a few kilometers before entering Qamishli. According to a number of data, this is due to increased cooperation between the Kurds and the US military against the background of the Turkish threat to take control of a 30-kilometer zone in northern Syria.

At the moment, it remains unknown the fact for what purpose the American troops entered the territory of the Syrian city of Qamishli. However, the appearance of the US military near the air base, on the territory of which Su-34 fighter-bombers and Ka-52 combat helicopters were previously seen, clearly indicates that the United States has a desire to demonstrate its presence in the region, especially against the backdrop of a clear aggravation of relations between Washington and Moscow.
