In the video footage presented, you can see the moment that captures how one of the residents of Tel Rifat throws a large stone directly at a Russian military vehicle. Given that the equipment was armored, such an attack did not cause any serious damage, however, this fact indicates that the Syrian Kurds are unhappy with the presence of Russian units in the region.

Notable is the fact that according to Syrian sources, the Russian military left the territory of Tel Rifat in nine vehicles. This does not exclude the possibility that the video footage captures just the moment of the movement of the Russian military from Tel Rifat.
