Turkey refuses to supply Bayraktar TB2 attack drones to Ukraine

Turkey has decided not to supply Bayraktar TB2 attack drones to Ukraine anymore.

The Turkish authorities have decided to no longer supply Bayraktar TB2 attack unmanned aerial vehicles to Ukraine. According to preliminary data, Ankara agreed with Russia's arguments that the transfer of these attack drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine does not contribute to improving the situation in the region. At the same time, obviously, Turkey is not interested in a conflict with Russia, especially against the background of Ankara's planned military operation in Syria.

At the moment, there is information that the last time a board with Bayraktar TB2 drones flew from the Turkish city of Tekirdag to Polish Rzeszow in early May. According to sources, the plane delivered a small batch of drones to Poland, and after that, flights from Tekirdag were no longer carried out. This also confirms the fact that Turkey no longer supplies drones to Ukraine.

At the moment, it is known that Ukraine still has several Bayraktar TB2 attack drones in service. However, after a series of missile strikes, Ukraine has no ammunition left for drones. In fact, this means that these weapons cannot be used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine for combat operations, although it is possible to use drones as reconnaissance equipment.
