US Navy anti-submarine aircraft spotted over the Black Sea.

A few hours ago, an American military anti-submarine aircraft Boeing P-8A Poseidon was spotted over the western part of the Black Sea. The aircraft flew near the coast of Bulgaria and Romania, including approaching the area of ​​territorial waters of Ukraine. This, which is quite remarkable, happened against the backdrop of the recent appearance of a submarine in the area of ​​the Black Sea, as previously reported.

As it became known, the American military anti-submarine aircraft Boeing P-8A Poseidon carried out a very long flight over the western part of the Black Sea. It is known that during a long flight, the automatic transponder of the aircraft was turned off almost all the time, and therefore it was not possible to establish for certain the full route of its flight. However, the flight appears to have taken place over the Black Sea near the territorial waters of Bulgaria and Romania, after a diesel-electric submarine was spotted surfacing in the western part of the region about two weeks ago.

At the moment, there are no official comments from the command of the US Navy on this matter, however, experts also pay attention to the fact that earlier this area of ​​the Black Sea was mined by sea mines torn from their places, and therefore, the aircraft is completely could search for drifting mines.
